Ian has become a familiar face for our regular customers as he has worked at The Bread Maker for over 15 years

As Ian has worked at The Bread Maker for such a long time, he has gained a lot of experience and learned many new skills in his time here.  He is also an eager participant in all of the social activities that The Bread Maker have on offer and has also recently joined the Apprentice Committee to take a more active role in the organisation side of these events too!

Outwith The Bread Maker, Ian likes to listen to music and walk his family dog.  

What is your favourite job?

I like making coffee for the customers (Ian is fully trained to use the coffee machine) and working in the store.  I also really like being part of a team – I think that that is why customers visit us because all of the staff and apprentices are polite and we serve good quality food and coffee.
