Barry says that customers come to The Bread Maker for a ‘fine piece’!

Barry has worked at The Bread Maker for nearly six years.  He says that his customers like the coffee and that he really enjoys working in the coffee house and likes to keep everyone happy.

What are your favourite jobs at The Bread Maker?

I like to start every shift by making sure that myself and my fellow apprentices are working in a clean and safe environment.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

I watch TV a lot.  I read my books and I watch my own DVDs and catch up on football when the Scottish premiership starts again.  I visit my family too!

What can customers expect when they come to The Bread Maker?

They can sit in or sit out, get their fine piece and a great cup of coffee.
