Josh works in the Bakery and works hard to ensure that all areas are clean and comply with company standards…

As well as this, he has gained valuable experience working on the table with the bakers and confectioners as well as more recently, making pancakes for sale in the coffee house.  He especially likes making chocolate mix for the chocolate cakes.  He also likes to make sure that all dishes are clean and ready for use.  If you ask Josh about Star Wars, he will be able to answer any question as this is one of his favourite topics and he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to this!
