Katlin says that she has worked in the Bakery for around 3 years…

She says that she is best at making quiches for the coffee house - she says that it’s hard at first but when you’ve managed to do it a couple of times, it’s fine! Katlin also often assists with the hand-made confectionery in the bakery and ensures that all produce is top notch!

What is your favourite job in the Bakery?

I love making rocky roads!

What do you like to do when you are not working?

Swimming – I do quite a lot of swimming on my days off.  I also do quite a lot of walking as well.

Why do customers visit The Bread Maker?

Because you get food, nice cakes and homemade bread!
