How long have you worked at The Breadmaker?

Since 2009.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

Swimming and playing snooker.

What are your favourite jobs in the bakery?

I liked learning how to make pastry for the quiches, helping the bakers with the trays and the Bako deliveries.  I think my favourite task now is slicing and packing the bread – I am always making sure that there are no holes in the loaves.  I’d really like to learn how to make pancakes next.
