Having worked at The Bread Maker for nearly 12 years, Mark has learned many new skills and is a great asset to the Bakery

He prides himself on being able to make excellent quiches for the coffee house and says that his favourite jobs are chopping the vegetables for the soup and slicing and packing the bread for customers.

Do you have any activities that you like to do outwith work?

I like to go to the football at Pittodrie, play my Playstation and sometimes go to the shops.

Everything is good – the soup is good! Especially the bread!
