Our coffee house apprentices have now started coffee training courtesty of Carraro Coffee!

Over the next few months, three apprentices at a time will receive expert training on how to use our coffee machine safely and how to produce consistently good cups of coffee.  These first few sessions will focus on perfecting the americano and iced lattes.  This training will also be evidenced through ASDAN (Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network) and enable them to receive certificates for their work.
