A fine feast was had at the Coronation Tea party on Friday evening…

Our apprentices participated in a royal quiz – all about the royal family, the origins of tea and afternoon tea etiquette!

The three teams were ‘The Queen Bees’, ‘The Coffee shop&Bakery Kings&Queens’ and ‘The Queen cakes’.  After fierce competition, The Coffee shop&Bakery Kings&Queens won the top spot!

We had music fit for royals playing and lots of delicious food – sandwiches (Breadmaker bread of course!), crisps, sausage rolls and a beautiful Victoria sponge made by Brynn – our confectionery baker.

A fantastic time was had by all.  Many thanks to everyone for attending and we look forward to our next social event on the calendar which is an Art class!
