After completing the second successful year the bread maker has seen the apprentices developing in both the coffee house and the bakery to serve the general public of Aberdeen.

With the constant support  of the public we have seen sales grow by 49% in 2008.

Our continual review of products and techniques has meant that the product line has grown from  traditional  recipes to more unusual products.

This is a voluntary post for which an individual would be expected to lead the charity and develop the business alongside the board of Directors and the CEO.
