The cost per person is £130.00 (including VAT).
Only 6 people on each course so please book early. £50 non-refundable deposit secures place.

- Your own person recipe folder to take home and use
- Appropriate protective clothing - you will get advice on personal clothing and footwear after registering
- On completion of the course you will receive your own personal certificate
